There are faulty buildings that come with that route as well, and you won't see them ingame.
The jimdo website link to trainzDepot for the "barum tree set 3" are obsolete trees, so don't get them. You will find majority of the ground textures, grass etc will be added. I checked out that route and there is content from the download station required also.
